The 10-foot rule A person walking or driving needs 1 inch of letter height for every 10 feet of viewing distance. A shop board read from across a 30-foot road needs 3-inch letters minimum — that's why cramming 15 services onto a 6×3 banner fails.
Rule of thumb we give every customer: your shop name should occupy 40% of banner height, one key message 30%, and phone number 20%. Everything else is visual noise.
Sizes that actually sell (and why) 6×3 ft (₹216 in star flex): the default shop-front banner. Fits above most single shutters. Good for: new shop announcements, offers.
8×4 ft (₹384): the visibility workhorse for main-road shops. This is our single most-printed size.
12×6 ft (₹864): crossing/corner-plot shops and showrooms. At this size, backlit flex (₹22/sqft) starts making sense for night visibility.
3×6 ft vertical (₹216): standees and pole banners for events, admissions, political campaigns.
Star flex vs premium flex vs vinyl Star flex (₹12/sqft): 6–12 months outdoor life. Perfect for offers, events, seasonal promotions. Slight grain visible up close.
Premium/China flex (₹16/sqft): smoother surface, better colour depth, 18–24 months. Right choice for your main shop board if you're not doing ACP.
Vinyl on ACP (₹145/sqft installed): 5+ years, the 'permanent' solution. Costs more upfront but cheapest per year of life.
Files: what we need from you Send CDR, TIFF or high-quality JPG. For banners up to 8 ft, 72–100 DPI at full size is enough — don't kill your email with a 500 MB file. Phone numbers in editable text, please, so we can verify digits with you on WhatsApp before printing.
Eyelets every 2 feet come free. Tell us the mounting situation (rope/frame/wall) and we'll advise pockets vs eyelets.
